Chris Carrington has always had an understanding of how to implement and apply the correct safety culture in all applications of various tasks.

Over the past 30 years Chris has worked in different industries from Agricultural – Quarrying – Electricity generation – Transport and logistics -and Construction and Utilities.

​

Recognizing the importance of how a safe environment and true understanding and reasoning behind a task leads to good productivity, repeat business, assurance to other colleagues and clients of their abilities to deliver safely withing their working environment.

The above led Chris to follow his passion and drive to start up the Hawk Training centre in delivering key qualifications in the ultimate of seeing every candidate leaving with more practical and safety knowledge in progressing with their career.
